Completed 400+ object identifications in support of Project MAVEN. Aided in machine learning in support of autonomous identification of persons and vehicles contributed to the future of the Aerial-Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Target Acquisition (A-ISR/TA) enterprise. I have displayed great initiative and leadership qualities during my time at the Aerial Reconnaissance Surveillance Team (ARST) as I took control of producing weekly Battle Update Briefs (BUB) and Commanders Update Brief for the ARST OICs. Additionally, trained 2 soldiers, including an NCO, on BUB & CUB production in order for the products to be disseminated in my absence. My efforts enabled the OICs to maintain a current situational awareness of productivity within the ARST.

I have cross-trained to perform 35G Imagery Analyst duties and have successfully exploited 151 Full Motion Video missions. I have monitored over 528 hours of video surveillance for hundreds of operations, which directly impacted coalition forces and Special Operations units in the operating environment in Afghanistan. I have provided 214 pertinent intelligence derived products enabling ground units to eliminate or capture over 44 enemy combatants from the battlefield. When the Aerial Reconnaissance Surveillance Team (ARST) experienced periods of low manning, I took the initiative to train 8 augment soldiers from the 504th BfSB, 15th MI BN, and 1st CD. These actions ensured that these personnel produce end of mission reports to standard and were a ware of all subtleties that accompany exploitation mission. The knowledge I obtained, skill, and the concern for continuity increased the operational readiness and served as a force-multiplier with the ARST.
