During this time I worked many roles, began as a broiler cook and moved up the chain to Sous Chef and then Restaurant Manager. I learned many valuable skills that would shape my persona for future endeavors in a very positive direction. I learned clear communication skills, time management and prioritizing. More importantly I had the opportunity to work with many corporate leaders. Under their direct supervision, lead teams into successful careers by managing training programs for Ruth's Hospitality Group within training stores. Because of my experience at Ruth's Chris, I have been able to achieve hourly and management roles with great success in team building, team diversity and best practices for training implementation.I grew up with hard working, honest and transparent parents. Cleaning was something that my mother taught me to do at a very young age. I would accompany her as a child to extra income part time jobs. At that time I did not know the important lessons I was learning. Today I have been able to apply such a simple but yet essential part of daily "to-do's", to my career building. I believe one of my strongest skills is organization. I strongly believe that it is essential to have a clean space, clean mind and clean spirit in order to achieve success.
