I have concrete experience of working professionally with food from my international culinary experience in food service right through to my current role as an R&D project manager in the Science and Innovation team at Dawn Farms. Drawing on my culinary experience I enjoy working in a fast paced environment leading a small teams on key projects for continuous improvement in process and product quality.
