Delivery-focused role delivering complex transformational projects for a mix of FTSE100 and public sector enterprises

Founding member and lead of Cognizant's Salesforce.com competency in the UK & Ireland. In this role I was responsible for business development, solution architecture and delivery assurance for all SFDC/Force.com deliveries in region. Leveraging my deep technical expertise of SFDC to produce cutting edge innovating designs as solution Architect.In my time working with SFDC I have successfully delivered many technically complex force.com projects in the UK & overseas. Among these is a two year program of work for Centrica British Gas / Scottish Gas\ Welsh Gas the resulting solution and business benefits being showcased at Cloudforce/Dreamforce and Gartner. Other key successes include deliveries for American Express, Sainsburys, Office Depot, GSK, Boots, and Unilever. Across these clients I have lead global and regional programs and offered cutting edge solutions leveraging mobility and collaboration at the core.I am highly experienced and comfortable in fronting Sales proposals, I have been forefront in solutioning systems that have received much acclaim.In my time at Cognizant I have twice received Innovation Awards with two of my solutions selected as the basis to attain our global Platinum partner status. One of these CloudGURU went on to be our global practices most effective sales value proposition and toolset for the assured delivery of Salesforce projects.

For the first few years of this role I worked at JPM Chase Manhatten as Information Technology PM working for the Real Estate Building Services division. In this role I delivered secure infrastructure technology services into building renovations/building and managed inter-building moves and company mergers/separations. From 2003 on I moved into the Cloud Solutions Team where I certified on Salesforce.com. In this role I ~:Designed and implemented a service care CRM solution for Heineken UK to manage sales and service for their sales outlets and distributors throughout the UKImplemented a CRM platform for Mizuho Japanese bankDesigned and build a CRM solution for NEC Europe

Responsible for the delivery of technology projects to renovate the banks infrastructure in time for Y2K and to build and administer the facilities needed for development and compliance teams to affirm readiness. In addition to the renovation of data centers, networks, and communication gateways with newer more capable and secure ways of working this role also involved the build from empty shell to finished operational building of a replica of the entire bank - which went on to be become the testing ground for all DBAM BCP and DR strategies.
