After 20 years in the retail/customer service field, primarily spent in the grocery industry, I decided it is time for a change. I moved from my forever home of Bloomington, Illinois to Raleigh, North Carolina in 2020, worked for a time to get established here, and now I am currently in school to earn my first round of IT certifications and intend to use those along with my skills from managing a custom built computer and repair business and extensive personal experience with computers to start a new career in the IT services industry. I am dedicated to learning new technologies and how they are used, and I am excited to learn more through experience once I begin this new phase in life. I am personally proud of the fact that I completed MyComputerCareer's ITSA program with a 100% GPA and passed all offered certifications on the very first attempt, and will continue my personal education while having the opportunity to help others achieve the goals I set for myself when entering the program as a Flex Instructor at the Raleigh Campus.
