Asset data collection and Maximo data lead for the Engineering excellence Project team and the QEH Pilot program which involves defining and creating a CAFM solution to the hospital based on IBM's Maximo 7.5 system. Managed core Maximo data for contracts within BBW's Asset operations sector which included the creation of Excel data templates and the testing of the SQL output scripts. Provided advice and support to the Pinderfields hospital contract to resolve data quality issues and improve data structuring to meet contractual requirements. Provided advice on how to collect appropriate data for contract mobilisation to Hertfordshire and Derby schools contracts.Performed SQL data load updates to correct poor quality data held on Maximo for various contracts which included the manipulation of data provided by Operation teams to meet formatting standards of Maximo 5.2.Extract data from Maximo 5.2 and restructure into specific reports to support various Operations including designing specific, detailed PPM plans for multiple sites within the Camden & Islington Hospitals Contract.

Managing the mobilisation of a complex PFI hospital project consisting of two large sites. This involved creating an asset register and planned preventive maintenance plan for six buildings over the two sites that met the required engineering standards for the Healthcare sector achieving the guidelines set by NHS HTM standards. Provided guidance on PPM/asset management engineering standards for large PFI Hospital and Education sites and various national Multi-site (50+sites) contracts. Member of the mobilisation team for the Care UK contract and successfully migrated the existing Care UK DTC contract from Maximo 4.1 to 5.2 in 2009.Involved in a number a data migration projects upgrading contracts to new/different versions of software used within the business such as Maximo 4.1 and Concept.Reviewed and reported on the current compliance of operation standards of various Hospital and educations contract within BBW's PFI concession portfolio as part of project Lily.Conducted condition surveys and due diligence reports for two Nuclear power stations as part of due diligence operations before handover of major new contract.

Conducted combined asset and full measured surveys to enable the creation of dynamic floor plans and database reports for various types of local authority and private sector buildings including many schools and universities throughout the UK. Managed and Co-ordinate surveys either by self delivery or by managing a team of surveyors. Trained new employees to standard work practice. Liaise with various stakeholders including contractors, Head teachers and building managers. Supported CAD operators in the production of plans by giving advice and guidance.

Designed export containers to DLO guidelines and standards for military aircraft parts using AutoCAD 2000LT. Duties included product design, document and database system management, weekly reporting of activities and training for new employees on general work practice and new standards and guidelines.
