Assists AFSOC/A3 staff in developing CV-22 training tasks and unit level training requirements. Submits suggestions backed up with test data to suggest future Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for the tactical employment of the CV-22. Converses with NAVAIR in the development and testing of cargo loading and handling procedures, safety equipment as well as the rear mounted weapons system.
