- Perform BU/account analysis and reconcile Balance Sheet and selected Expense and Revenue account- Prepare assigned recurring and non-recurring journal entries for the month-end closing process.- Answer questions from department heads concerning variances on performance reports or direct questions to the appropriate individual(s).- Perform analytical review, research and other related duties independently, or as requested by the Financial Services Supervisor.- Perform budget analysis with department heads during annual budgeting.

- Supervising a staff of five, Oversee the accounting and operational analysis aspects of the monthly closing for CHS's 800 bed flagship acute care facility- Responsible for the calculation of AR reserves and the communication of related variances.- Provide customer service and financial expertise to support Operations Management.- Direct special projects enhancing departmental efficiency and/or improve operational reporting.
