• Analyze stream, landfill leachate, industrial wastewater, and drinking water samples, using a Seal AQ2+ Automatic Discrete Analyzer and Thermo Scientific Dionex ICS-2100 with an Dionex As-Ap Auto Sampler • Preform wet chemistry procedures (TSS, BOD, COD, Residual Chlorine, Alkalinity, PH) • Assist with inspections of waste water disposal practices within industrial and commercial facilities • Assist with waste water sample collection at industrial and commercial sites using discrete(grab) method and ISCO samplers.

• Surface water sampling and analysis (Temperature, Turbidity, pH)• Subsurface exploration (Classifying samples obtained from drilling operations, Monitoring Well Installation for waterline determination, flagging boreholes using GPS unit)• Perform various soil and concrete testing such as nuclear density gauge testing, one-point proctors, dynamic cone penetration, slump, and pressure meter air content• Assists in various data entry (Wetland Determinations), photo management, laboratory duties (building proctors), and daily report writing tasks

• Collected water samples: discrete(grab) samples at baseflow and storm samples with an ISCO autosampler• Conducted field sampling, including measurement of stream discharge with the salt dilution method and in-situ water quality parameters like pH and specific conductance via ProDSS and data probes• Analyzed geochemistry of water and sediment samples with AQ1 Discrete Analyzer, Auto titrator, Shimadzu TOC analyzer, Mars Digestor, and Elementar CNS analyzer• Collected TSS data by preparing and filtering out sediment from grab samples

• Collected chemical data from spinels via Electron Microprobe• Analyzed xenoliths from Uganda in thin section using petrographic microscopes• Created Fuse Discs using Autofluxer for XRF analysis• Assisted with the identification and separation of minerals from rock collected from the Izu–Bonin–Mariana Arc with Frantz magnetic separator
