I currently manage the Global Sales Team, Global SDR Team, and all Mid-Market Partnerships at vcita. My role involves overseeing strategic partnerships and driving new business initiatives. I’m passionate about helping businesses discover the right solutions, and I thrive in fast-paced environments where every challenge is an opportunity to grow.In addition to sales leadership, I’m deeply involved in data analysis. I use tools like pivot tables, Looker, and other reporting platforms to gather insights and present strategies to stakeholders, from C-level execs to individual team members. These insights have helped shape go-to-market strategies, push us into new territories and industries, and align our product offerings with key verticals like healthcare, finance, legal, consulting, and more.But more than anything, I'm here for my team. I jump in to handle demos, close deals when tied up, and work closely with them on strategies around their pipeline. I also love diving into the details—optimizing calls based on the latest Gong.io data, ensuring we’re fully leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Zoominfo, or simply being a sounding board when needed. The bottom line is that I make sure our processes run smoothly, our data is accurate, and our team is always pushing forward.
