I’m an investor at heart with a background in finance, economics and business operations. I found my way to real estate after moving to Memphis in 2002 and accepting the position of Accounting & Operations Director with the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®. In 2010, I purchased my first investment property. In 2017, I obtained my real estate license and founded Straight Line Investments, a real estate investment company, with Jeremy Thomas and Bob Renshaw. In 2019, I partnered with Jeremy Thomas to acquire Renshaw Property Management from the Renshaw family. In 2020, we changed the name to Renshaw Company, REALTORS® to reflect the diversity of real estate services we now offer.The company was born during the housing downturn around the time of the Great Recession. But we’ve grown to so much more. Our outstanding staff now supports property owners, investors and tenants in all facets of property services, including day-to-day management, leasing, maintenance, renovations, and home buying and selling (for both individuals and property investors).Have questions?
