• Observes and records client behavior and responses to the Behavior Improvement Plan through multiple methods of data recording.• Implements scientifically-based methodologies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Prompting/Fading, Naturalistic Teaching, and Token Economies. • Maintains daily progress notes on each client and submitted billing, insurance, incident report forms, and all other required documents in a timely manner. • Maintains a caseload of 4-6 patients in their home settings. • Communicates confidentiality and professionally with parents, supervisors, behavior analysts, teachers, and other members of the client's team as necessary.

The Knights of Civility is an afterschool, play-based program I have developed for young teens to continue evolving their social skills during the COVID-19 quarantine period. I mentor children through creative problem-solving and conflict resolution in a fun and safe environment. Each session, the children engage in teamwork, share leadership roles, while rediscovering the importance of individual strengths. Every activity challenges them to explore important social skills and teach them to communicate their needs by utilizing humor and relatability.
