Driven leader in the field of Industrial Automation with 25 years as Manager, Project Manager and Technical Lead in businesses such as Automotive and Intralogistics.Since more then 10 years in the role as line manager and technical responsible for Controls in Swisslog Nordic as part of our project organization leading project managers and automation engineers in Intralogistic Projects and Customer Support.My core competencies include:-Leading people-Complex Automotive and Intralogistics project integration-Machine Directive and the design and validation of safety-related machine control systems-Customer Service including Support business-Automated machines for Automotive, Intralogistics, including Conveyors, Assembly machines, Robotics, Visionsystem Starting my career in Automotive and Volvo Cars for 7 years I been involved in several projects rebuilding Final Assembly plants to accommodate new car models. Some projects involving up to 50 PLC systems in highly complex production logistics and assembly processes. I have also been successful harmonizing the requirements of several assembly plants into a standardized controls platform. Transitioning to a smaller subsupplier, Elektroautomatik AB, as a Project Manager for 6 years I was a key player in a journey for the company to grow from a small supplier of tooling to become a complete robot line supplier to Automotive with a specialization on Vision Guided Robot application and assembly systems.The last decade I have been growing the Nordic Controls team at Swisslog threefolds, delivering hundreds of projects, and being responsible for customer support for Controls to secure the operations of a significant part of Nordic Logistics business. At the same time being a Key Player in Swisslogs EMEA organization in different roles to constantly develop and improve our products, quality in process implementation and standardization.My passion is humans, developing young professionals from the start of their career to become successful professionals and building mixed teams with great collaboration. But I also strive to improve organization, processes, quality of delivery and collaboration seeing no boundaries in my own responsibility enabling my employer and customers to constantly improve. But always with one foot firmly in the Technology.I believe humans are the most important contributor to a successful business. That all individuals can perform to a much higher level just given the chance and proper coaching. And at all times trust people to take responsibility, to grow as professionals.
