Reporting into Connect44's Group CEO, accountable for leading a 300+ organisation to deliver against strategic goals in the UK. Commercial and Operational Management of the initial transformation and ongoing delivery of Connect44's two largest UK service contracts:1. 4G / 5G Operations and Automation service for a mobile network operator's RAN, Access Transport and OSS.- Support initial pre-sales activity and budget allocation - Initiate and oversee recruitment of UK management and offshore engineering teams- Training and knowledge transfer management - Ensure successful setup of NOC infrastructure- Leadership across operational, automation, OSS and transition functions - Ongoing service delivery and reporting of key SLAs / KPIs into client.- Commercial management and financial reporting into company directors and shareholders.2. A mobile network planning & engineering service for a leading UK operator’s Radio Access, Transport, and Voice Core networks. This included a major offshoring of services from UK to Romania (70% of overall service delivered by Connect44).- Managed the consolidation of service staff from 3rd party suppliers to Connect44 (contract and permanent staff under TUPE law). - Supported the setup of newly opened office in Bucharest, and managed the the hiring of a local Country Manager, Technical Engineering teams and PMO (80+ staff).- Co-ordination of Knowledge Transfer programmes for each of the service’s technical areas.- Managing and reporting of Connect44’s key commercial targets to company directors.- Build and develop the ongoing service relationship with the client - first point of contact for any client requests and escalations.- Governance and operational review meetings held with the client relation to improve service performance.

Took on a newly opened Business Development role within the company, co-inciding with a personal relocation. Targeted to acquire new clients within the telecommunications industry by offering all areas of Connect44's core business, including recruitment/consultancy services and fully outsourced managed/professional services. Work closely with and oversee the UK Account Managers and Resourcing team to continue servicing existing clients and maintain ongoing business relationships. Providing full sales support to the UK Managed Services division (and overseas where required) for any RFI/RFQs received.

Developed to work as Sales Manager for Europe and MEA. This involved managing a growing sales team based in London and Kiev, taking care of all current & new client accounts, and provide training to newly-appointed members of the sales team.

Moved into a Sales Account Manager role managing different accounts, predominantly working with Ericsson in MEA region. Also worked and developed smaller accounts with clients in UK/Europe.Daily tasks involved liaising with client procurement managers / hiring managers to identify live requirements, supervise UK-based team to find suitable candidates, and manage any issues with the consultants during their work on international projects.

Worked as a Junior Resourcer supporting Account Managers in finding suitable engineers in mobile / fixed telecom market. Key accounts include NSN, Ericsson, Huawei, ALU and ZTE. Daily tasks included seraching on internal database and online portals for suitable candidates to meet clients' requests, calling and networking with possible candidates, and ensuring successful deployment of successful candidates to different global projects.
