CurrentSenior Manager, Planning & Allocation¥ Responsible for the planning and Allocation of the Museum’s main shop as well as all satellite locations both inside and outside of the Museum.¥ Manage 18 departments worth $35-50M in annual business, while personally planning 11 of these departments with their $12- $15M in revenue.¥ Responsible for the introduction and maintenance of core planning processes within the Retail division, these include monthly planning meetings, Open To Buy process, buy plans as well as promotional analysis¥ Responsible for managing bi monthly reorders for the company, which takes into account selling, lead time and display criteria.¥ Supervise a team of 2 planners and 1 allocators¥ Conduct and lead Hindsight Analysis on major museum milestones. Ex ( Special Exhibitions, Holiday)¥ Introduced inventory controls to manage inventory throughout its entire life cycle. This led to a company reduction of inventory by $11M at retail and $4M at cost over a 18 month period¥ Created Flash Sale programs which contributed over $225k to the Fall 21 sales¥ Led the implementation of the ANT USA planning system, including installation and validationIntroduce Special Exhibition Promotional and Buy strategy to optimize selling in the Exhibition window and minimize inventory liability.¥ Create reporting to enhance partnership with editorial in the museum and maximize the Met ¥ ¥ ¥ ¥ ¥ Publication department, which is the most profitable department in the business.¥ Developed a process to switch warehouses during the season without impact on sales¥ Effectively managed a reduction in the company’s total sku's from 10k to 5k in two years¥ Lead Floor walkthroughs and introduced analysis by locations to aid in decision making
