 Responsible for agent unboarding. Ensuring that sales target for the region is achieved. Responsible for agent/customer complaint and issue resolution. Ensurintg that account are properly funded for opearions. Agent shop visitation and follow up to ensure opeartions meets/ conform to standard. Assist in ensuring that IT related issue are resolved immediately. Facilitate periodic agent trainning.  Intermediary between the company and intending agents as well as agents on-board.
