Led the 6 member curriculum development team for the world’s largest single producer of Biomedical Equipment Technicians. Developed curriculum materials for the institution covering the 41 week biomedical equipment technician program that graduates 450 students annually. Planned courses, wrote and implemented Plans of Instructions, testing materials.

Managed the maintenance repair activity consisting of a 6 member team. Directly responsible for the safe and effective maintenance of 1,300 equipment items valued at $3,700,000. Developed and directed methods and procedures to be used in the maintenance activity to ensure mission success. Reconfigured the preventive maintenance and calibration program due.

Osan Air Base, Republic Of Korea

Directed and managed 5 technicians in the functions related to equipment and support systems repair, calibration, installation, inspection and modifications on $13,400,000 of medical equipment. Managed work order production and assigned work priorities for 1,700 equipment items, raising the completion rate from 79% to 98%. Oversaw a $1,200,000 service.

Nellis AFB, NV - Offutt AFB, NE

Assembles and installs new biomedical equipment consistent with manufacturers’ design criteria and local requirements. Isolates malfunctions in equipment using test equipment, schematics, flow diagrams, specification data, and hand tools.
