Educated 82 instructors on instructional systems design, training standards, proficiency codes, and technical writing. Researched, developed, modified, and implemented new technology into the training program. Reverse engineered medical equipment and designed specific operational malfunctions allowing students to troubleshoot and isolate equipment in a controlled environment to meet service specific curriculum objectives. Converted all curriculum material to a paperless format and implemented a new digital distributed learning system. Accomplished Instructional System Design, Objectives and Tests, Occupational Survey Data, and Technical Writer courses which enabled a comprehensive rewrite of curriculum materials and program surveys. Flawlessly planned and relocated 950 equipment items to a new medical treatment facility. Authored and managed $70,000 of equipment maintenance contracts for vital diagnostic imaging systems, reducing maintenance costs $20,000 annually. Planned and coordinated the installation of a new $1,000,000 digital diagnostic imaging system.
