Development and Establishment of a distribution partner network for indirect sales for the product cluster Mechanic and Mechatronic Locking Cylinders & Access Control Solutions in the geographical area Baltic States, South Eastern Europe, Luxemburg, Israel and South Africa.

Development and Establishment of a distribution network in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania for construction site containers and modular buildings.Develop and coordinate marketing activities, conduct market- and risk-analysis;Find and bind distribution partners and/or direct customers;
