In these roles I have contributed to increasing revenue, retention, and loyalty.Before working in commercial based roles, I gained vital experience working in Product and R&D led roles for over five years, developing and enhancing EHS and Property Compliance software solutions within a start up environment. This has given me a strong technical understanding of the software development lifetime cycle.I am passionate about delivering value to our customers and ensuring their success. I work closely with them to understand their needs, challenges, feedback, and provide them with tailored solutions and support. I also collaborate with internal teams to drive product development and improvement, and to align our strategy with market trends and customer expectations. I have a degree in Creative Music Technology and previous experience as a musician as a guitar teacher, as well as playing in numerous bands. Songwriting is still a hobby of mine.
