In these roles I have contributed to increasing revenue, retention, and loyalty.Before working in commercial based roles, I gained vital experience working in Product and R&D led roles for over five years, developing and enhancing EHS and Property Compliance software solutions within a start up environment. This has given me a strong technical understanding of the software development lifetime cycle.I am passionate about delivering value to our customers and ensuring their success. I work closely with them to understand their needs, challenges, feedback, and provide them with tailored solutions and support. I also collaborate with internal teams to drive product development and improvement, and to align our strategy with market trends and customer expectations. I have a degree in Creative Music Technology and previous experience as a musician as a guitar teacher, as well as playing in numerous bands. Songwriting is still a hobby of mine. Outside of work, I enjoy watching my local football team, Scarborough Athletic, and spending time with my family and friends.I am looking to connect with those who have an interest in sustainability, health and safety, and chemical safety.
