Leading a control team of 26 FTE to ensure delivery against strategic, people, service, financial and transformation goals. - Supported the delivery of 196 Customer connections above budgetary requirements enabling incremental revenue of c.435K.- Delivered a substantial rise in engagement (+13%) and senior management perception (+26%) by executing a robust engagement plan, centred on the Continuous Improvement principles- Increased output of tasks issued, the main KPI by 15% enabling the field teams to deliver their customer commitments and financial targets. This was delivered through operational grip, performance management and defining clear roles and responsibilities- Demonstrated strong people management using the BT framework on coaching and attendance management. Sick absence decreased by 7% and delivered 8% attrition YoY- Effectively landed change by restructuring the team in line with the new organisational design with no drop to service- Roll out of the new EMP system which has fundamentally shifted the way we work and deliver a customer connection. London West control performance on deemed consent is the strongest in the South, evidenced through our 90% delivery YTD on CCD- Engaged with senior stakeholders to execute a contract delivery plan.
