Assigned to time sensitive, or hotel or properties that were under receivership. Contracted out to third party clients to evaluate, rejuvenate or deem property a loss. Helped in all aspect of property, hotel or business, on contract and on call basis. Collected on delinquent accounts, implemented strategies to turn revenue or remodel assisting protocols.

Planned the accommodations, F&B, special functions & Weddings and Caterings on and off property to government and oil and gas cliental. Promoted and placed marketing strategies to increase ROI, managed to increase ADR by 80$ my first year. Started with a 65 to 68% occ rate and after my term left property with 98 to 100% occupancy. Completed vast trainings, summits to self improve and increase overall targets, building strong, loyal employees not by giving it away but having them working towards a common goal in an industry and locations which the turnover rate was double normal rates. Heavily involved in community, Chamber, Rotary, Lodging & DMF groups. Won multiple AHLA housekeeping, Trip Advisor Excellence Awards, did so well with property owners decided to build another hotel right next to it. This property was one of my greatest challenges and cultivated me to be the executive I am today.
