Bouygues Civil Works Florida (BCWF), PortMiami Tunnel ProjectThis project includes construction of two parallel tunnels connecting Watson and Dodge Islands. Responsible for all Contractors’ Quality Control Inspection functions on the construction project. Responsible for:• Physically inspect asphalt, earthworks and concreting activities to ensure compliance with contract documents along with the review of provisions that have been made to provide required control inspection and testing, while performing daily checks to assure control and compliance of activities, including sampling and testing.• Implement checks to assure all materials and or equipment have been tested and calibrated, submitted and approved.• Ensure full compliance with contract requirements and resolve all differences.• Maintain inspection records providing factual evidence that required quality control activities (including sampling and testing) have been performed and any deficiency has been documented, plus help on resolution.• Fill out inspection and audit reports based on observations findings and submit it to the QC Manager on a daily basis. • Ensure training of construction teams in order to achieve continuous improvement.

Inspector, District 5 US 1 Widening in Cocoa Beach, Florida.11/2008 to12/2008This project includes asphalt milling and resurfacing inspection, drainage, pond construction, rebar placement, and asphalt placement. Pile driving, MOT transition setups and material sampling and testing. Mr. Davis was responsible for the setting up of the Earth works program and Density testing.

Sr. Inspector, Turnpike Widening from Sunrise Blvd to Atlantic Blvd, FDOT Turnpike District, Florida (2/2006 to 10/2008)Project consists of the widening of six miles of the Florida Turnpike to provide four lanes in the southbound direction. Work includes roadway and bridge widening, reconstruction of two bridges, drainage improvements, overhead signing, noise walls, high mast lighting, landscaping and toll plaza improvements. This project also includes conversion of existing toll collection system to Open Road Tolling at Cyprus Creek. Mr. Davis is responsible for the Implementation of FDOT specifications and standards as they relate to field densities, roadway Superpave asphalt and friction course placement, drilled shafts, concrete field testing and placement and MOT.

Inspector, Florida Turnpike at Jog RD West Palm Beach Florida(11/2005 to 2/2006): This project includes asphalt milling and resurfacing inspection, drainage, pond and ramp construction, rebar placement, and asphalt placement. Pile driving, striping, MOT transition setups and material sampling and testing. Mr. Davis was responsible for the MOT, field densities, drilled shafts, concrete field testing, and roadway Superpave asphalt and friction course placement.
