Product Controller
Current• Product Controller - Provides project management support for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Veterinary Service System Management (VSSM) for the Health Support Solution (HSS) in the Solution Delivery Division (SDD). Provides Business Operations Program Management in Support of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) for Government Owned Animals (GOA) and Privately Owned Animals (POA). Utilizes Agile methodology of project management for change requests in both technical and functional aspects to the EHR functionality based on the functional team and customer’s needs to support the Information Technology component (IT) of the EHR. Works with DOD agencies through contractional requirements and Memorandums of Agreements (MOAs) to support the DOD Veterinary Treatment Facilities (VTFs) Globally. Responsible for performing various other activities in general support of the growth and well-being of TIAG.
