Solutions Engineer / Architect / Subject Matter Expert for the ANALYTICS module of the Chrome River application. ANALYTICS consists of 10 parallel WebFOCUS environments that serve 70,000+ End-Users across a large and increasingly diverse base of over 1,200 Customers in a multi-tenant, Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Responsibilities include architecture, security, design, and development of new Analytics and Business Intelligence solutions. Data analysis, meta-data management and data model SME. Customer set-up, technical support and issue resolution for Standard and Ad Hoc Reporting as well as administration and maintenance of the WebFOCUS software and environment.

Long term engagement providing WebFOCUS Consulting services in support of CPPIB's implementation of SimCorp Dimension and WebFOCUS. Performed extensive analysis of the SimCorp Dimension data model and worked closely with Business Analysts to gather, refine and implement requirements for key Operational Reports. Designed, developed and implemented a custom, WebFOCUS-based Interactive Query application to deliver Operational Reports against SimCorp Dimension and the Client's Enterprise Reporting database.CPPIB implemented SimCorp Dimension to internalize portfolio accounting, record keeping and performance services formerly outsourced to State Street. WebFOCUS was selected and implemented as the enterprise-wide reporting and data extraction platform. Support the Client’s Workforce Reporting portal that provides demographic details and analytical metrics on the company’s diverse population of employees and non-employee workers.The WebFOCUS portal with PeopleSoft and Oracle back-end is used by HR Executives, Managers and Analysts across the company’s worldwide operations.Perform WebFOCUS programming and provide technical support for the implementation of new reports and User Interface features within the customized Business Intelligence Dashboard application.Perform detailed data analysis to investigate production and UAT issues.
