• Utilized operation of five plastic injection molding machines, five CNC mills and lathes for manufacturing. • Designed, quoted and fabricated PEEK and Nylon poppet type compressor valves, molds and associated equipment for reciprocating gas compressors. Designed, developed and tested new products. Troubleshot customer problems and determined solutions. Shop work included: machine work, assembly and testing. Created calculation tools to increase efficiency/repeatability and reduce errors. Oversaw multiple complicated projects simultaneously.

• Packaged skid mounted reciprocating and screw type compressor packages. Performed sizing of engines, frames, cylinders, pressure vessels, coolers, relief and control valves. Estimated cost for compressor packages and prepared quotes for sales. Supervised production and assembly of packages. Improved estimating procedure with a spreadsheet that incorporated a cost database. • Worked with the shop and the field to solve problems with design and operations. Used Baan IV to track hours and material as well as establish routings to determine timelines for component completion and delivery. Performed all aspects of collision repair from auto body work to paint. Cut out rust and welded in repair panels, reworked dents with hammer and dolly, smoothed repairs with fiberglass and plastic filer. Specialized in full body custom paint jobs, graphic applications and detailing.

Performed all aspects of auto body repair. Straightened panels, assisted frame straightening, applied body filler materials, removed and replaced damaged components. Paint work consisted of prime, sand, paint, buff and detail. Mechanic work consisted of: front wheel alignments, brake jobs, remove and replace engine components.

Installed prefabricated fireplaces, plumbed duct work, installed finishing caps on roof. Custom stone mason work.

Fabricated and assembled prefabricated homes. Assembled door frames and window frames, laid linoleum, assembled and installed built-up walls.

Performed all aspects of plumbing repair. Installed fixtures, garbage disposals, dishwashers, new drains, sinks, toilets and cleared drains. Gutted galvanized pipes, soldered in new copper pipes.

Machinist work, prepared stock, operated the following equipment: manual drill press, manual grinder, manual lathe, manual saw.

Operated the steam propulsion engine room. Monitored 22 integrated systems including: low pressure steam, high pressure steam, sea water, fresh water and oil purification system. Performed preventive maintenance checks and repairs on pumps, flanges and valves.
