In my current role of Manager, Business Planning & Analysis at AnglicareSA I regularly work with service delivery leaders to help them understand their financial and performance outcomes to assist them improve the quality and viability of their business model.My attention to detail and friendly communication style will be highly valuable to your organization. I use a plain language writing style - I have significant experience in drafting correspondence that will present your organization in a positive and professional light.A skill I have is to identify issues and impediments in business processes and quickly format innovative solutions. I am skilled at presenting complex information in a simple and clear way so that the key issues are clear to everyone involved. I have a strong ability to prepare business cases that create a persuasive argument flow and finish with a definite course of action. I am currently employed at AnglicareSA (8 Years) and prior to that I was a Senior Business Analyst in the South Australian Government – the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources for 5 years and at Treasury and Finance for 19 years. I am a fit and energetic 53-year-old with two degrees, the first in Economics and the second in Accounting from the Flinders University of South Australia. I am currently a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). My performance throughout my career has demonstrated a sound ability to effectively prioritise high workload demands, meet strict deadlines and work under very broad direction. I believe I work well with people at all levels and develop professional relationships, despite the need to address sensitive and controversial issues at times within my role.
