About Michael Delbridge
I have worked in the sports injury and performance world for the last 13 years. My experience has been with a huge range of acute and chronic injuries as well as very sport specific issues.I have been privileged to work with a number of elite cricketers, starting in their rehabilitation, and then building into conditioning them for return to play. I spent two years working as the lead strength and conditioning coach of a top level club rugby team in Cape Town, South Africa. During this time the pre-season soft tissue injuries dropped significantly.In 2022 I was involved in helping with England touch during their Euros tournament. I assisted in team warm ups, injury assessment, rehabilitation, player management and assisted return to play where necessary. I have a passion for helping people return to what they enjoy, for giving them back confidence in their body.
