Navy Recruiter: Coordinate efforts to attract interview and qualify 175 applicants for United States Naval service. Motivate and train participants to ensure retention and reduce attrition ratio to less than 3% annual. Naval Aircrew Member/Instructor: Train, evaluate and supervise 150+ Naval Aircrew members in helicopter inflight procedures, minesweeping operations, aerial gunnery, aircraft test/evaluation, cargo load/unload, and required safety operations. 1000+ plus safe hours inflight.
