Michael Dery is the leader of the firm's Aviation Practice, concentrating in aviation and transportation law. He represents aviation insurers, airlines, flight schools, and various other entities in the transportation industry in complex litigation and regulatory matters. Mr. Dery has been admitted to the Bar in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. Mr. Dery has provided counsel and advice to clients on litigation arising out of aircraft accidents and incidents, aviation related product liability litigation, airline claims handling, consumer protection legislation, employment matters, human rights matters and various other transportation-related issues. Mr. Dery has also represented and advised shipping lines, railways, freight forwarders, trucking companies and load brokers.
