Provide financial advisory services for wireless communication tower operators. Services include identifying acquisition opportunities, review and management of financial/operational information provided by sellers, assistance in negotiations of letters of intent and purchase agreements, and assistance in overall due diligence and acquisition process.

Provide sell-side advisory services for middle market wireless communication infrastructure owners (telecommunication towers and rooftops assets). Position requires day-to-day management of acquisition process including: 1) qualifying tower owners as sellers and initiating contact, 2) preparation of financial analysis and investment thesis, 3) negotiation of letters of intent (LOI) and asset purchase agreements (APA), and 4) due diligence coordination with operations, legal and underwriting teams. • Since September 2004, sourced and/or managed the preparation of investment committee presentations for potential acquisitions opportunities totaling in excess of $1.0 billion in value; integral member of acquisition team closing in excess of $600MM in transactions; and personally managed or sourced in excess of $125MM in closed transactions.

Complete analysis for structuring mergers and acquisition transactions and business reorganizations, including analyzing capital needs, identifying funding sources, business valuation, debt restructuring and crisis management.
