Provide financial advisory services for wireless communication tower operators. Services include identifying acquisition opportunities, review and management of financial/operational information provided by sellers, assistance in negotiations of letters of intent and purchase agreements, and assistance in overall due diligence and acquisition process.

Provide sell-side advisory services for middle market wireless communication infrastructure owners (telecommunication towers and rooftops assets). Services include identifying buyers; marketing assets to established publicly traded as well as private companies; negotiate pricing, letters of intent and purchase agreements; and assistance in overall due.

• Responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, performing due diligence, and closing wireless communication tower and land acquisitions for publicly traded REIT (majority held by Fortress Investment Group)..
• Since September 2004, sourced and/or managed the preparation of investment committee presentations for potential acquisitions opportunities totaling in excess of $1.0 billion in value; integral member of acquisition.

• Provide financial advisory and investment banking services. Complete analysis for structuring mergers and acquisition transactions and business reorganizations, including analyzing capital needs, identifying funding.
• Provide valuation analysis and support including analysis of strategic industry combinations and analysis of operational and financial restructuring on entity value.
• Provide cash management services, including analysis of existing P&L statements and business model, analysis and revision of existing budgets to fit restructured business model, and execution of weekly cash budgets.
• Managed sell-side M&A engagement for the North American distributor for Wenger SA, a Swiss based manufacturer and license holder of the Swiss Army brand.
