MOI Intl is a manufacturer and supplier of food service oils as well as specialist bakery margarines.In my role as Sales Representative to Direct End Users I cover a wide range of customers, from pubs and cafes to bakeries. Current role is production of choux pastry products, macaroon shells as well as sponge sheets used later for cake production, with this I maintain and monitor all stock levels reporting to the production manager on a daily basis, I'm also in charge of baking these products and ensuring that once baked they are of a satisfactory level before they move to the next step in pastry production.
