Senior Project Manager as part of Programme Causeway, a business transformation that will fundamentally change how Glen Dimplex operate globally. Causeway is a greenfield S/4 Hana SAP Programme that will transform, people, processes and technology across 26 different business units.The role has allowed me to be involved from the Programme's inception, building the business case, managing two RFPs (one for software and one for system integrator), negotiating contracts and commercials, interviewing and hiring an entire programme team (>50) and kicking off the programme with full exec level commitment.

Project manager for both ERP and CRM, key activities included:- Managed multiple successful ERP upgrades for Group Companies;- Successfully managed a carve out and merger of two Group Companies;- Overseen the acquisition of multiple new companies, and subsequent cut-over into Glen Dimplex's ERP landscape;- Responsible for all group-wide CRM activities, controlling sign-off of Capexs, budgets etc- Overseen a RFP process for a group-wide EPM application;- Transitioned onto Glen Dimplex's Business Transformation team as the lead Senior PM reporting directly to the CIO and responsible for managing the successful kick-off of Programme Causeway

Michael has worked across multiple roles on a business transformation and ERP implementation project.Currently Michael is part of the Order-to-Cash workstream for a MS Dynamics AX 2012 implementation. This has involved working with developers in both South Africa and India to complete functional requirement documentation required by the client. Providing solutions to complex workarounds needed to solve unique business processes.
