During my tenure as an IT Support Specialist/Team Lead at Sunday River Skiway, at the local level I was at the forefront of cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring the protection of over 1500 devices. I took the lead in orchestrating comprehensive Cyber Security Awareness Training, fostering a culture of best security practices across the organization. Contributing to vulnerability mitigation, I implemented a robust patch management process resulting in a significant reduction in network vulnerabilities.My role extended to project leadership in establishing a local backup data center, elevating disaster recovery capabilities. I enhanced physical security by implementing and maintaining sensors and cameras in server rooms and network closets. Day-to-day, I managed over 500 user accounts, ensuring secure access to systems, and assisted in setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and VPN accounts to enhance network security.Notable achievements include providing in-depth security recommendations and advisory services, spearheading security patch deployments, and collaborating on incident response planning. My time at Sunday River Skiway has been characterized by a proactive approach to cybersecurity, strategic project management, and a commitment to maintaining a robust and secure IT infrastructure.

Operated heavy equipment in order to move snow making equipment and maintain ski trails. Tended artificial snow making equipment to produce snow along ski trails. Made artificial snow for the ski trails. Ensured quality of snow being produced met the standard required for opening the trails.

My military experience, spanning from September 2004 to August 2013, shaped me into a seasoned Military Intelligence Professional. During this time, I showcased expertise in digital forensics, leading computer forensics investigations utilizing advanced tools. I played a vital role in threat intelligence analysis, contributing to informed decision-making.Proficient in open-source information gathering tailored to mission requirements, I leveraged publicly available data to enhance intelligence capabilities. Additionally, my role involved conducting over 60 interrogations with the use of an interpreter and translating/exploiting foreign intelligence documents.Dedicated to operational efficiency, I doubled productivity by creating tracking systems for reports, significantly boosting team morale. My military journey reflects a commitment to excellence, adaptability, and a strong foundation in intelligence operations.

Ensured that all power generation systems, such as diesel generators and backup power units, were operational. Diagnosed and fix issues, performed regular maintenance, and replaced parts as needed to ensure a reliable power supply for medical equipment and facilities, which was crucial for the continuous care and treatment of wounded soldiers.
