The committee's mission is to safe guard Jamaica and consumers through the development of national standards that are scientific and to facilitate trade. The work of the NMC ISO/TC includes in part to review international standards for adoption for the Logistics Hub. Established in the interest of the nation to ensure that National Standards are current and relevant to the needs of the industry.
