I have an extensive background in finance, operations, sales and training others. I’ve always made it a goal to share my knowledge and experience with others and find a true passion in being a trainer, mentor and leader. I have six years of experience working for Wells Fargo Consumer Collections as the Department Training Director, as well as a Team Supervisor and Coach. In 2019, I shifted gears and worked as a Floor Leader for Lush Cosmetics. There, I sharpened my skills in leadership, product knowledge, and operational excellence. I used my previous knowledge in training others to lead training classes for new employees, as well as ongoing training for all team members within the store.From there, I obtained a position in the Operations Department for Apple Retail and became a leader in that space. Others often looked to me for guidance on tricky situations because of my ability to manage ambiguity, communicate effectively and collaborate with others outside of that function.I’ve found that the best way to encourage others to do their best is to lead by example. A team can only do as well as their potential allows them. So by empowering others to work hard and remain confident in their roles, I often see others finding success in their own growth and development.
