This included Exchange online migrations as well as the Office 365 suite of programmes including Exchange migration, Yammer, OneDrive, SharePoint on line, Planner, Teams and standard Microsoft Office tools. Michael was also responsible for senior stake holder and supplier management with Microsoft and other third-party vendors. Projects also include Windows 10 and ProPlus rollouts and full financial responsibility.Before the DWP programmes Michael was Programme Manager for M-PESA the world’s number 1 award winning Mobile Banking and e-Payments provider. He been responsible for the setup and improvement to this service in countries across Africa and Europe. Key achievement was the transfer of the service from Germany to Kenya including 17 million customers and ~25 Billion USD and implementing KYC & AML, operational and security frameworks.Michael is a certified Prince 2 practitioner. Michael has worked as a Project/Programme Management consultant with some of Europe’s major Blue Chip Companies such as the Vodafone Global - Germany, OHIM (Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market - Spain), Prudential, HMRC, Rolls Royce/EDS, Banque Paribas, UBS, Reuters, BP Exploration, the Ministry of Defence, Sony (Professional & Broadcast Europe), Criminal Justice IT, e-University, O2 Ireland (Ireland), the Daily Mail Newspaper Group and Digital Equipment (UK & France).
