I'm a self taught highly motivated Quality Control Officer I was promoted to Senior Quality Control Officer in December 2016 my new job role includes:Creating Equipment Validation DQ/IQ/OQ and PQ protocols and DQ/IQ/OQ and PQ reports.Creating Process Validation protocols and creating reports.Creating Stability protocols and updating stability tracking spread sheet for each reported time-point.Creating Cleaning Validation protocols and reports.Revalidating Processes and Equipment according to the Validation Master Plan. Contacting external companies to arrange service/calibration of equipment on an annual basis.(weight sets, data loggers, balances, metal detectors , Laboratory equipment and QC instruments)Overseen temperature mapping of warehouses and incubators.Closing out actions from raised Request for Change and from the CAPA database system.Updating documents in accordance with document control.Overseeing training for new staff within the Quality Control Department.HACCP Level 3 DistinctionVeterinary Pharmacovigilance Training

- Release of bulk, WIP and final products to the warehouse -Printing, QC checks and issuing of language specific labels for export.-Solving non-conformance issues, reporting them to management and generating protocol deviations where necessary. -Creating new packing sheets, filling sheets, SOPs, and stability protocols.-General administrative duties relevant to the role.- Liaising with Customer service, R&D, operations and the external lab.-Training of new members of staff-Issue paperwork including packing sheets and batch manufacturing records to the production staff.-Checking off A numbers for individual products on the batch manufacturing records.-Complete production online checks, checking batch numbers and the overall quality of the products.-Sampling all raw materials as they come into the warehouse and submitting these to the laboratory along with a Certificate of Analysis.-Once sample reports are issued it is my job to green off the products so that the production staff know this material is okay to use.-Completing batch reconciliations for every completed batch.-When overtime is required at weekends I cover both production areas, one of which is a clean room environment.-Regular contact with both consultant QP’s (Qualified Person’s) discussing licensed products along with signing off the paperwork.-Working closely with the production staff and manager to ensure manufacturing procedures and products are up to standard and fit for purpose.-Also completing weight checks on the hour every hour.- Updating old packaging specifications and creating new ones for all new packaging.- In house calibration on data loggers and balances.During my time with Tangerine holdings I have been nominated twice for 'Employer star of the month and once for Champagne moment'

- Working along side the specific line supervisors to ensure all paperwork was completed correctly.- As well as working as an extra member of the production staff completing the online quality control checks.- Checking batch numbers are correct, the correct materials are being used and that the finished product is up to the quality standard set by the company.- Signing off completed jobs so that these can be taken to the warehouse and distributed world wide.- Sanitising equipment before the start of each product run and filling in relevant paperwork.
