Optimisation of mine profitability by long and short term planning of production, blending of products from multiple mines and rationalising logistics through to port.Structuring of Joint Ventures, Preparation of Offtake Agreements: Formation of new joint ventures and preparation of offtake agreements.Stakeholder Management: Maintenance of constructive internal and external relationships through phases of extreme commercial stress and major structural change. Externals have included a wide range of customers, owners and joint venture partners.
