In my tenure at Sony Music Entertainment, I have gained extensive experience in the daily implementation of operational activities based on the everchanging needs in regards the corporate environment. It is my innate ability to quickly assess and facilitate complex situations efficiently and effectively. My ability to work closely on all levels within any political spectrum is my strong suit in that I communicate both deliberately and delicately to best accomplish every objective. Prior to this I was successful in the music industry as well as a professional musician on both the stage and in the studio. It was my years spent in this capacity that gave me a strong sense of commitment and creativity in any endeavor from backline staging to the concert stage and everything else in between. Recently I enjoyed working in an educational role with a library for 15 years. This involved coming to appreciate and actualize the value of good solid customer service. Along with the everyday duties I initiated a program for young adults with special needs. This was accomplished through the creativity and involvement utilizing the art of song writing. This was met with great success and to this day one of most rewarding accomplishments. The common thread in all of my past employment is my dedication to the principles of my superiors while coalescing the talents of my co-workers. It is through all of my experiences I find myself in a position to offer my insights and practices that could only benefit any business or organization.
