For instance, I was able to improve a process for ICCE Application Program Registry data to KISAM Asset Manager by automating the process with mass automatic updating method of thousands of records into the Asset Manager and completely eliminated manual data entry and result in cost savings of thousands of dollars and the job can be done in hours instead of days. For the FATCA and Get Transcript projects, which we have been focusing on implementing legislation and regulating IRS policy for the US Citizens' foreign accounts, I provide critical mission support by analyzing and implementing section 508 compliance, drafting contingency plan, allocating resources for APR data, providing transmittal deployment and security support in an effort to achieve CMMI level 3 certificate for the project, department, and the agency, this led to a project recognition by the deputy commissioner.
