Management of the cabin trim, seating and occupant restraints project subsystem for in-life issues on the Range Rover Evoque and Land Rover Discovery Sport; using the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology approach in providing root cause analysis and correcting in plant and external field warranty problems focusing on a customer first approach. Net value savings of over $4 million in external warranty and in plant root cause validation and permanent corrective actions, including variability reduction savings with over 200 plus CI projects led to completion and control phases.

Successfully implemented a number of early-stage research and development transformation projects focused upon reducing carbon emissions through the use of modern technology at United Utilities wastewater treatment works; reducing costs of their sludge digestion process through a proposed strategy of multiple dewatering techniques. Working with various stakeholders within the business unit to diagnose and develop innovative solutions to these problems, including the research and development team and process engineers was key.
