Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, I have over two decades of experience in the Financial and Real Estate arenas. I started my career on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1985. In the 90s, I ran the Equity trading floor operation for Nomura Securities, then as an Idependent Floor Trader in the S&P 500 futures pit.In 2000, I left the floor to join Archipelago, relocating to San Francisco for the transition of the PCX/PSE trading floor evolution into the new ArcaEx venue. Held S7, S63, & S55 Licenses.Since, I was Senior Vice President and founding partner with Divinitus/BW Phillips Management Group, where I ran the Condo Management, and Maintenance Services Divisions of the firm. Oversaw management of over 80 full and part time employees.More recently, I have been Senior Contract Manager II at The Archdiocese of Chicago. Part of a very small team of professionals responsible for all negotiation of the Real Estate Leasing and Licensing activities of an extensive portfolio of over 2500+ property sites, valued at approximately $10 Billion.Specialties: I am very successful at negotiation, attaining growth, customer loyalty, streamlining of procedures, cost-cutting measures, identifying and creating new profit centers, and overall profitability, while always maintaining the utmost of Customer Service exceeding the clients’ goals. I have the ability to maintain control over multiple facets of operations and multiple projects congruently. I operate at peak performance under extreme stressful and time sensitive conditions with the utmost of professionalism to get the job done!
