- I began working at DENPRO after acquiring my CompTIA trifecta. After a short period, I was promoted from Help Desk Representative to Support Specialist and given the opportunity to be one of two on-sight admins.
- Writing technical documentation for software installations, special configurations, and ongoing maintenance
- Use of Active Directory to create accounts and administer user file share access and Exchange management console to create and manage user mailboxes and security groups. (Hybrid Cloud)
- Minimizing user downtime by executing and continiously updating a table of powershell scripts.
- Image computers through MDT. Join to a domain and apply group policy. Manually install software, patches and updates to the software.
- Set up and maintain our client’s company tools, including mobile phones, ipads, field laptops and conference systems.
