Responsible for:• Sheet Metal Siding• Glazing (curtainwall & storefronts, Nana Walls, frameless glass guardrail, DIRTT glass partition systems).• Roofing• Intumescent fireproof coatings• Stoebich smoke curtain installationActivities include procurement, subcontract bid evaluations, leading coordination meetings, scheduling, monthly payment evaluations, and resolution of design-construction conflicts. Provided leadership for transitioning from a non-performing glazing subcontractor to a replacement firm, and guiding progress to a successful completion of the curtainwall system and all interior glazing.

Responsibilities include: perform constructability reviews to identify & resolve design or coordination conflicts; review shop drawings; manage structural packages (concrete, steel, masonry, rough carpentry); identify changed conditions & develop claims for Change Order Requests.
