Summary of QualificationsMr. Doring has over 27 years of experience in the field of land surveying. His responsibilities include overseeing the data, equipment and personnel working on major land development projects. This would include the preparation of project coordinate systems by way of Digital Leveling, Static Surveys as well as Site Calibrations.4) Project coordinate system management including writing and preparing project benchmark and Site temporary benchmark descriptions. This would also include preparing datum equation requirements needed for various City, County & Governmental agencies.5) Experienced with managing and overseeing 6-10 field crews and their daily assignments.6) Over 13 years of field experience as a Survey Party Chief covering multiple disciplines.7) Responsible for the purchase/acquisition of Survey equipment and software to maintain the latest levels of technology for multiple offices.
