Supervise up to 8 students during psych clinicals at a local Behavioral Health hospital. Ensure safe nursing practice for MEPN students during 10-hour shift. Grade clinical assignments according to University policies and rubrics. Guide debriefs of daily clinical experience with students to encourage critical thinking and sound clinical judgment.

I assist the Army's severely wounded, ill, and injured soldiers recover and reintegrate into society. I am an Army Wounded Warrior Advocate for southern Arizona and serve over 100 veterans. I also work closely with the VA OEF/OIF/OND and Polytrauma teams at the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System in Tucson. I have amassed over 2,000 National, State and local resources for this population. I have helped over 60 Wounded Warriors get approved for Combat Related Special Compensation (CRSC) on the original submission.
