• Successfully led $8 billion annual revenue division with 5.5M subscribers & 18,000 employees achieving a 45% cash flow margin while growing free cash flow by double digit percentages 24 consecutive years.• Increased average revenue per basic customer adding 3.3 million high speed internet customers & a 24 month growth of telephone from 33,000 customers to 1.2 million using new technology through the launch of "triple play" products (high speed internet and telephone).• Directed the upgrade of 180,000 miles of a fiber & coax cable network & master control facilities enabling the launch of new products leveraging a $1 billion annual capital budget.• Developed and implemented employee communication tools to include; face-to-face meetings, creating a dedicated television network & interactive newsletters.
