Michael Doyle is a Professional Geophysicist and Certified Corporate Director (ICD.D) with over 40 years of wide-ranging experience in the finance and development of international energy and resource projects. His previous experience includes acting as Chairman of London-based SDX Energy Ltd., an energy company with assets in Egypt and West Africa, Chairman of NYSE listed Equal Energy, and as principal and Chief Executive of Petrel Robertson Ltd. where he was responsible for providing advice and project management to clients in Canada and numerous other parts of the globe. Mr. Doyle is a past Chair of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Calgary and has extensive experience in a variety of advisory roles at the University level, including with the areas of Cooperative Education and the International Energy Business. He is past Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Latin American Research Centre (LARC) at the University of Calgary, where he also served as a member of the Regional Advisory Council for Mexico. Mr. Doyle holds a Bachelor of Science (Math and Physics) from the University of Victoria.Board Experience:University of Calgary, Chairman, Advisory Board, Latin American Research Centre.
