I am responsible for team of up to 15 Metalsmiths.I oversee their trade proficiency and development and I am responsible for their man management, welfare and duty of care.When required of me then I am expected to carry out technical repair tasks on all lines of military vehicles. Not only that I also use innovation and problem solving techniques to create complex platforms when needed.I have had an extensive and varied training programme. I am trained in Sheet Metalwork, Blacksmithing techniques, Engineering Drawing, MIG/MAG,TIG,MMA and Gas welding. I have also coded in Aluminium Armour (MIG) and Ferrous Armour (MMA) welding. I have spent a further year + on those courses. I would be confident to code in any discipline in all positions.

I am responsible for the military duties in a 60 Bed Adventure Training lodge.These duties include:1) Providing clear direction to the Soldiers / Students whom arrive there for activities.2) Responsible for a large inventory of outdoor equipment and its upkeep and maintenance.3) Responsible for the discipline of visiting troops.4) Responsible for enhancing my outdoor pursuits education whilst in this post.
