Ensured all contracted services were incorporated into the relevant processes. Managed a team of up to 24 motivated members of the FA department to deliver a superior and quality service for this client – continuous positive feedback and excellent KPI’s recorded Reduced the Onshore Headcount by over 40% in the period 2012-2015 by managing the outsourcing of the review function to offshore service providers whilst still maintaining a high quality service to the client  Delivered on a project plan which led to a 20% reduction in headcount costs in our offshore teams by identifying cost saving initiatives.
